he snowy region of Tulku has one major thing in common with the Old World: it is filled with Barbarians and Pagan beliefs. The majority of the populace is made up of strong Humans or Warriorborn and their system of society is tribal. In most cases these tribes are led by powerful sorcerers that practice magic containing neither the purity of the Light God nor the corruption of the Serpent Riders. It is a land filled with caves, ancient temples devoted to strange deities not of the Old World, and the dens of those few hardy creatures that can survive the harsh climate.
